Also known as Cloverleaf Appartments, the initial tower of this three tower complex in Natick is being built with 183 units that connect to the Cochituate Rail Trail and the State Park. The second tower will apparently have 404 units and the complex includes a 600 car parking garage.

This turns the State Park into a “back yard” for a lot of new families.
